Well you either mean that there's skills you can't get or you think raptors are in Nighfall, i'll answer both anyways. Raptors are in Eye of The North outside of Rata Sum inside a cave. And i don't think it's possible for a Mesmer (i assume you're a Mesmer since this is in the Mesmer forum) to farm raptors, but you can always check the wiki -> http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Main_Page

12 Shadow Arts, 5 Deadly Arts, 9 Inspiration, 8 Fast Casting

Killing the broodmother is possible by dropping Radiation Field for Shadow Refuge, but I can only do it slowly, with the help of a summoned Golem. There is a Mesmer boss farming build, but that would take too long for farming raptors.

Scratch that, I didn't know Deadly Paradox was a Nightfall skill. It's not possible without it.

Never tried it, but supposedly it's good, and no Nightfall skills.

As for Samscwamch's comment, I farm raptors all the time on my mesmer. It also kills the Broodmother
